How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently deletes your account and all associated purchases, deposits, and Bybit credentials. This cannot be undone.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap Forgot password and follow the email instructions sent to your registered address.

How do I connect my Bybit account?

Go to Settings → Bybit API and enter your API key and secret. We strongly recommend creating a read-only Bybit API key with no withdrawal permission — the app never needs, and never requests, the ability to place trades or move funds.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Your Bybit API secret is encrypted at rest, your session is encrypted on-device, and all traffic is sent over HTTPS. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
